When you make payments to Tett Safaris for your customized African travel arrangements, your funds are maintained in a separate Traveler Trust Account managed by Bank of the West. This means we can refund to you at any time, per your request and under the agreed booking terms and conditions.

Emergency Medical Rescue Evacuation

Tett Safaris automatically includes up to $30,000 of medical rescue evacuation services from Redpoint Travel Protection to transport you from your place of injury or illness to the nearest appropriate medical facility should you experience a medical emergency while on your safari. Tett Safaris highly recommends you purchase an optional Ripcord plan from Redpoint Travel Protection for trip cancellation, medical expense coverage and medical evacuation to your home hospital of choice.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

Optional Trip Cancellation insurance is available at an additional cost through Redpoint. If the insurance is purchased within 14 days of the initial trip payment being received by Tett Safaris, a waiver of the pre-existing medical condition exclusion will be provided at no additional cost.
