1. Schedule a complimentary consultation

Carolyn Tett will gather details about your party and help you understand all the safari experiences available to you and of course answer all of your questions.

2. Receive your custom safari proposal

Your safari proposal will include the details about what you will see, where you will stay, and how you will move about on your custom safari. Costs will be detailed and provide options for available upgrades as requested and optional activities.

3. Review and book your safari

Anticipation is often the best part as you read your itinerary and imagine the excitement you will experience on your own, custom safari! If there are modifications to make, we’re only too happy to accommodate. It’s your safari after all. All initial proposals are complimentary. Only if we get into multiple revisions, we will request a non-refundable $1,000 trip development fee, which is applicable to your safari, of course.
